About the Artist

I began creating aviation art more than 20 years ago as a hobby and combined this passion with my love of aviation and history.

Starting in 2007, I have been working with famed aviation author Warren Thompson in creating artwork for the articles he writes and publishes in many of the worlds most renouned avaition journals.

In addition, I have worked some of the most wonderful veterans who flew or crewed many of the most famous combat aircraft of W.W.II. , Korea and Vietnam. I did significant research into the aircraft depicted in my art and especially the venerable P-61 "Black Widow"

2007- 2008 Publications Flight Journal - Winter 2008 Special Edition - P-51 Pilot Steve Ananian victory over Me 262

Fly Past - February 2008 - P-51 Pilot Joe Peterburs aerial victory over Luftwaffe Ace Walter Schuck

Fly Past - April 2008 - P-47 Pilot David Fox victory over Arado AR-234

Aviation History - November 2008 - P-61 Pilot Robert Ferguson victory over G4M Betty Bomber

To date I have been published over 100 times world wide

For more than 20 years I have been creating artwork depicting scenes of WWII, Korea, Vietnam and modern aerial combat. In 2008 I had the honor to begin work on several projects involving the P-61 Black Widow. My first publication on the P-61 came in the November 2008 issue of Aviation History magazine showing the aerial victory of the P-61 "Virgin Widow" over a G4M "Betty Bomber". Since that time I have created multiple art projects on the P-61 as well as countless other aircraft and have had the opportunity to work with over 200 of the pilots and crews in order to add the highest level of realism to each scene. I hope you enjoy my creative efforts and appreciate the tribute each piece represents!
